Meerut News: Police station Kharkhauda police arrested a 63 -year -old accused who raped his daughter -in -law in an incident that embarrassed the relationship. The arrest was made late Sunday night under the arrest of criminals being run on the instructions of Senior Superintendent of Police.
According to the district police spokesperson, on the night of 25 August 2025, the accused raped his daughter -in -law. A case was registered under the victim’s father’s Tahrir in Kharkhauda police station number 192/25 Section 64/351 (2)/351 (3)/115 (2)/352 BNS. After the incident, the accused was absconding, which increased the activity of the police.
Arrested from home
On the information received from the informer, at around 8.40 pm on the night of 31 August, the police team arrested the accused Musaddilal son Omprakash, resident village Nayagaon, Thana Kharkhauda from his house. The accused is being produced in court on Monday and is being sent on judicial custody remand.
The police team, who made the arrest, included Sub -Inspector Satish Kumar, Sub -Inspector Rohit Sharma and Constable Gaurav Kumar. Police say that the campaign is being carried out continuously to tighten crime and criminals and no accused will be spared.
Husband also favored her father
A resident of a village in the police station Parikshitgarh area said that 10 years ago he married two of his daughters in a village in Kharkhauda area. The mental state of the younger daughter is somewhat weak. Her husband works in Delhi. The younger daughter lives in the village near her father -in -law with three children. It is alleged that a few days ago the father -in -law entered the daughter -in -law’s room and raped her. When the victim informed her husband about the incident, the husband also took the side of her father.
The victim on Friday informed the maternal side of the incident. The victim’s father and others reached the village. The married father’s father -in -law and husband, along with her father, tried to strangle her, strangled her. The victim father has lodged a report against the daughter’s father -in -law and husband at the police station.
