Balrampur News: In Balrampur, the District Court has sentenced the convict severely in the case of unnatural rape of a minor. The court punished the accused Udal son Chunnilal resident Auhwa, Thana Pachpedwa with 20 years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 30,000. This decision was pronounced by the court of Special Judge Paxo Act Balrampur.
The case is of 19 May 2022. The victim’s father had given a complaint to the police station Pachpedwa that his four -year -old son, who used to study in Anganwadi school, took the village’s own udle on the pretext of getting a toffee and raped him unnaturally. On this, the case number 139/22 Section 377 Bhadnavi and 5 (M)/6 Paxo Act in police station Pachpedwa. The investigation was done by sub -inspector Munish Chandra Dubey and filed in the court.
