In the investigation, the said hospital was found to be operated without registration. In the case, a case under Section 105 BNS was registered at the cone police station. In view of the seriousness of the case, an investigation team was formed by the District Magistrate. At the same time, necessary instructions were given by Inspector General of Police Vindhyachal Zone Mirjapur and Superintendent of Police.

Action was taken to seal them with immediate effect. The Deputy District Magistrate said that a surprise inspection of private hospitals operated in the district will continue by running a campaign.
