Anurag Thakur told news agency ANI, “People have gathered in large numbers to see the India Pavilion at the Dubai Expo. People are excited to see Indian exhibitions including Yoga, Ayurveda, Tourism, Textiles, Cosmic World and Cinema World. About 17 lakh people have visited the India Pavilion.”
Anurag Thakur said that his aim is to make India a material subcontinent of the world. This can create millions of jobs in India and help in creating content for the whole world.
The actor also said that Indian content is on the verge of making its presence felt on the world stage. He further added, “Indian entertainment is going to explode globally. Our stories resonate with people and transcend cultural boundaries. Indians abroad connect with India through films.”
