According to Ayurveda, eating fruits in the evening can disturb sleep and disturb the digestion process. Most fruits contain carbohydrates, the use of which causes a significant increase in blood sugar levels. Therefore, fruits should not be used before sleeping. Apart from this, the digestion process in the body slows down after sunset.
The best time to eat fruits is in the morning on an empty stomach. Normally everyone eats food at 10 o’clock in the night, after that nothing goes into the body till morning, due to which the process of digestion of fruits becomes very easy. Due to this, the nutrients found in fruits can be easily absorbed. Apart from this, fruits should never be eaten alone, that is, fruits should never be used with vegetables or with dairy products. Because consuming them together can transmit poison in the body.
