A big disclosure has been made in the tax evasion investigation of the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists
The International Consortium of Investigative Journalists has once again investigated tax evasion. In which a big secret has been revealed. In 2016, the Panama Papers scandal exposed the names of big businessmen in tax evasion. Now again the ICIJ has claimed that Indian giants are also involved in tax evasion. In which the name of the Indian legendary player is also coming out. The International Consortium of Investigative Journalists has claimed in its report that India’s new dignitaries are being cautious after the Panama Papers leak, so that their tax evasion cannot be exposed. ICIJ scrutinized 1.19 crore documents. Out of which 600 journalists from 117 countries participated. Legendary batsman Sachin Tendulkar is also included in this list.
The name of Sachin Tendulkar, who is called the God of Cricket, has also come to the fore in the investigation. According to the ICIJ, three months after the Panama Papers leak, Sachin had planned to sell his British Island property. The report has found evidence of more than 60 Indians and will be revealed soon.
Let us tell you that the investigation found that many officials of the Government of India including many big stars of the world of sports and cinema were involved. In July this year, the central government disclosed that it had obtained information about illegal assets worth Rs 20,078 crore linked to the Panama Papers.
