Police had put up a blockade
Suresh Davar, outpost in-charge of Deshgaon police station said that the blockade was done after receiving information about the transport of cows. But perhaps the truck driver must have already realized this. Maybe he must have been running away, due to which the accident happened. He said that at present the case has been registered. Both the driver and the conductor fled leaving the truck behind. The cows are being taken to the Gaushala.
