Method to make Chhena Murki-
To make Chhena Murki, put a pan on the gas and put sugar and half a bowl of water in it.
After this, as soon as the thick sugar syrup is ready, add the pieces of shredded cheese. Now mix it well.
Now add ground cardamom for taste and aroma and mix well.
When the sugar syrup is well absorbed, then turn off the gas and let it cool down. Your chena murki is ready.
