Coorg Consolidated Commodities of Karnataka, India’s largest coffee producer, has started production of civet in small quantities. In the beginning, very small quantities of civet coffee were produced. In the year 2015-16, the production of this coffee was only 60 kg whereas in 2016-17 the total production reached 200 kg.
