On Friday, Maharashtra Congress President Nana Patole accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of ignoring important issues facing the country and questioned when he would hold a dialogue session on rising inflation like ‘Chai Pe Charcha’ and ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’. The Congress leader said that the Prime Minister is not even talking about the problems of farmers and workers. Patole asked, when will Prime Minister Modi busy with ‘Chai Pe Charcha’, ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’, ‘Dreamy Pe Charcha’?

The MPCC President said that rising fuel prices and inflation have made life difficult for common citizens. He said that since last 10 days the prices of petrol and diesel are increasing everyday and the rate of commercial LPG has been increased by Rs 250 per cylinder. Inflation has affected people of all levels. Even a cup of tea is now out of reach of common citizens. The Center has not taken any concrete steps to control the skyrocketing prices.
Center has blamed Ukraine crisis
However, on the questions of inflation of the opposition in the House, the central government has blamed it on the war between Ukraine and Russia. The Central Government has said in the House that due to the Ukraine crisis, economic slowdown is coming around the world and inflation is increasing and India is also not untouched by it.
