Official organization started investigation, alleging violation of Kovid’s guidelines
Recently, a crisis has come upon the newly wed couple, who came into the limelight due to their unique marriage. The couple, who were battling the conditions that fell from the sky and stuck in dates, got married in mid-air due to the lockdown imposed due to the corona epidemic and now the matter has reached the DGCA i.e. Directorate General of Civil Aviation.
Let us tell you that this couple got married in a chartered plane to complete the marriage which was stuck due to the lockdown. For their unique wedding, the couple booked an entire chartered flight from Madurai to Bangalore and then the entire wedding ceremony took place on this flight. Apart from the couple, there were relatives and guests on this flight.
As soon as the information about this incident came to light, this incident and its related videos and pictures started becoming increasingly viral on social media. In some pictures and videos going viral, the groom is seen wearing a mangalsutra to the bride and the couple is posing for a photo. In this photo, guests are seen in the flight behind, most of whom are not wearing face masks and Kovid-19 protocols do not seem to be followed during this wedding.
It can be clearly seen in the pictures that the bride is adorned with flowers and ornaments and the groom is also wearing the traditional wedding attire. This flight is almost full to its capacity with 130 passengers.

After this incident came to light, the DGCA has started an investigation against this incident. Madurai Airport Director S Senthil Valvan told that the airport authority officials did not know about the SpiceJet chartered flight that was booked from Madurai. There was going to be a wedding in the middle of the air.
According to the information, DGCA has started investigation in this matter. A report has been sought from the airline and airport authority regarding this matter. The same, the crew on that SpiceJet flight has been removed from duty for the time being. Along with this, the organization has instructed the airline that strict action should be taken against anyone who is caught violating the Kovid rules.
