Ujjain (Naiduniya Representative). The foundation day of Vikram University was celebrated with gaiety on Sunday. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Akhilesh Kumar Pandey paid floral tributes to the idol of Emperor Vikramaditya installed in front of the Madhav administrative building. After that a program was held in the Shalaka Gallery auditorium. The chief guest was Shri Ram, Director of the Samrat Vikramaditya Shodh Peeth.
