Ranchi. The science paper of the tenth board examination of Jharkhand Academic Council (Jack) has been leaked. This exam was held in the first shift on Thursday. The council has also accepted the paper leaking. Council President Natwa Hansda has said that the examination of science paper will be canceled.
After getting information about the paper leak, the Chief Secretary of the state Alka Tiwari held a high level meeting on the issue on Thursday afternoon. The government has decided to conduct a high -level inquiry into it.
On February 19, the science question paper was going viral. Taking a copy of this, student leader Devendra Nath Mahato met the council officials on Wednesday. When the examination started at 9.45 am on Thursday, the paper was the same, which was already going viral. The information was immediately known to the state government, after which the administrative exercise is going on to cancel the paper.
Council President Natwa Hansda has said that a high level committee will be set up to investigate how the paper was leaked. Prior to this, there was also strong discussion about the leaking of Hindi question paper.
Student leader Devendra Nath Mahato also informed about this in a memorandum submitted to the Secretary of the Council. However, at that time the Council issued general information and appealed to the candidates to stay away from rumors of the question paper going viral.
The notice issued by the Jack Secretary said that the candidates have to avoid misleading news. The council is committed to conduct the examination in a transparent manner with complete privacy and fairness.
It was said that anti -social elements are trying to exploit students and parents by spreading misleading news of the question paper leaking. He advised to look at Jack’s official website to confirm any such news.
The tenth examination in the state has started from 11 February. For this, 1,297 centers have been set up across the state, where a total of 4,33,890 students are appearing in the examination.
