When is Hanuman Jayanti 2025?
According to the Panchang, Chaitra Purnima Tithi will start from 3:20 am on April 12, 2025 and end on April 13 at 5:52 am. According to astrological calculations, celebrating Hanuman Jayanti on April 12 will be auspicious. This is the day when the devotees celebrate the birth anniversary of Lord Hanuman, offer him to the Chola, recite Hanuman Chalisa and pray to remove the suffering and pain of his life from Sankatmochan. The puja, fast and recitation of Hanuman Chalisa performed on this day is considered special fruitful. Therefore, it will be very beneficial to celebrate this auspicious day and to celebrate devotion and methodically.

Hanuman Jayanti Puja Vidhi
On the day of Hanuman Janmotsav, get up in Brahma Muhurta and take a bath and wear clean clothes.
Clean the place of worship with Ganga water and laying red or orange cloth.
Install the idol or picture of Hanuman ji on it, along with a picture of Lord Rama and Mother Sita.
Add jasmine oil to the vermilion, along with red flowers, garlands, janeu, lamps, incense, camphor, coconut, jaggery-grain, laddus, banana, panchamrit and basil leaves.
Take a pledge with Ganga water, akshat and flowers and repeat your mind.
First of all worship Lord Rama and Mother Sita, then bathe Hanuman ji with Ganga water.
Offer Hanuman ji with vermilion and jasmine oil, wear new clothes and janeu.
Offer red flowers and garlands, then offer jaggery, laddus, fruits and panchamrit.
Light the lamp, burn incense and recite Hanuman Chalisa or Sundarkand.
Finally perform aarti and apologize for a mistake.
