The US has declared Pakistan’s terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba’s mask organization ‘The Resistance Front’ (TRF) as a foreign terrorist organization responsible for the terrorist attack in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir.
The US State Ministry gave this information by issuing a statement. In the statement, External Affairs Minister Marco Rubio said that this action reflects the US commitment to work on the stance of President Donald Trump in the case of Justice in the Pahalgam attack case.
Referring to the India’s Pahalgam attack, the US State Department said that TRF has been declared a foreign terrorist organization (FTO) and especially the Namik Global Terrorist (SDGT).
The proxy of Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba took responsibility for the terrorist attack on tourists in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir on 22 April, killing 26 civilians.
The resistance front was described as a proxy group of Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba. Lashkar has already been listed as a terrorist group by both the United Nations and the United States. Referring to the involvement of TRF in several attacks against India, including Pahalgam terror attack, the US State Department said that the decision reflects’ Trump administration’s defense of US national security, combat terrorism and implementation of President Trump’s implementation of justice after the Pahalgam attack.
