17 judges of the immigration courts of 10 states have been dismissed by the administration of US President Donald Trump to intensify the process of exile. An organization representing these judges gave this information.
The organization ‘The International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers’, representing judges and other professionals of the immigration courts, said in a release that on Friday, 15 and two judges on Monday and two judges were sacked “without giving any reasons”.
The organization said that judges who have been dismissed were serving in the immigration courts of California, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio, Texas, Utah and Virginia.
The organization’s president Matt Bigs said, “It is very condemnable and against public interest. On the one hand the Parliament has approved the appointment of 800 immigration judges, on the other hand a large number of immigration judges are being removed without any reason, this is absurd….
