New Delhi. The trailer of John Abraham’s upcoming film ‘Veda’ has been released. Actress Sharvari Wagh is also going to be seen in an important role in the film. She shared the trailer of the film on social media last Friday. While sharing the trailer of the upcoming film, the actress also wrote a post.
Sharvari Wagh wrote in her social media post, ‘Justice. Equality. Liberty. A battle that Veda and Abhimanyu will fight till the end. The trailer of Veda is out! The film will release in cinemas in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu on Independence Day!’ Alia reposted Sharvari’s post on her Instagram story and shared the caption ‘This girl is on fire,’ along with a fire emoji. The makers released the trailer of ‘Veda’ on Friday, it stars John Abraham, Abhishek Banerjee, Tamannaah Bhatia and Mouni Roy.

The trailer of John Abraham’s upcoming film ‘Veda’ starts with a shloka from the Gita. After this, a voice comes from the background that whenever unrighteousness increases, I will protect religion. On the other hand, Sharvari Wagh is also seen doing tremendous action while fighting for her rights. In the film, John Abraham is playing the role of an army officer Major Abhimanyu Kanwar, who is court-martialed citing disobedience of orders. Tamannaah will be playing the role of his lady love. Apart from this, Sharvari is playing the role of ‘Veda’, who fights against oppression. She demands social justice against those who oppress Dalit communities on the basis of caste discrimination.

Directed by Nikhil Advani, the film is going to be released on August 15 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Sharvari Wagh will be seen playing the role of a super spy in Alia’s YRF Spy Universe’s first female-led film ‘Alpha’. Actor Bobby Deol will also be seen in it. The film is being directed by Shiv Rawail.
