Google Search
How does Google’s search engine work? Finally, this has been revealed. This information has been obtained from the document presented in the US court. The court has given a befitting reply to Google with the search result document. Also, the court has called it arbitrary on Google’s part and has also considered it a violation of antitrust rules. The judge has issued a 277-page order on this arbitrary action of the world’s largest search engine and has called Google a monopolist.
What is the matter?
A case was going on in the US court for a long time regarding Google’s violation of antitrust rules. Federal Judge Amit Mehta, who heard this case, has given a 277-page verdict. The judge said that Google violated the antitrust rules by spending millions of dollars and entering into secure exclusive agreements with developers, telecom carriers and equipment manufacturing companies. By doing this, Google has violated the rules and has unfairly acted arbitrarily in the online search engine market.
After this decision of the federal judge, this is the first big victory of the American Antitrust Authority over Google. The Antitrust Authority had filed a complaint in the court against Google’s arbitrariness. This 277 page decision has exposed all the secrets of the Google search engine.
How does Google search work?
Talking about the Google search engine, the judge said that the company knows how beneficial it is to have a default search engine in any device. For this, Google has spent millions of dollars on device manufacturing companies, equipment manufacturers, telecom operators and even developers. Being the default search engine, Google receives billions of queries created by users every day. This is possible due to the access points of the default search engine.
However, some time ago, questions were raised in many countries of the world regarding the arbitrariness of search engines, after which the company has given the option to set the default search engine in Android smartphones, but very few users are able to use it. They rarely pay attention to it while setting up their smartphone.
There will be losses worth billions of dollars
If Google’s search engine is not installed by default in any Android device, then the company will not receive user queries, which will affect Google’s huge ad business. Google’s ad business is completely dependent on Google search algorithm and queries asked by users.
