Lose weight by cutting hair
Vinesh Phogat has worked hard to get into the 50 kg category. The path to reach here was very difficult for Vinesh. Because Vinesh had to qualify to go to the Paris Olympics. For this, Vinesh had to bring her weight under 50 kg. For this, Vinesh worked hard day and night. The day before the weight measurement was to be done to qualify, Vinesh did not even drink a sip of water the night before. She sat in the sauna bath all night and kept sweating.
Even after this the weight did not reduce, so the coach’s attention fell on Vinesh’s long hair hanging on her face. The coach said, I will cut your hair, it will reduce your weight by at least 100 grams. This trick of the coach worked and the next morning Vinesh Phogat’s weight was less than 50 kg. After that she won the qualifying round. Several hours after winning, Vinesh drank water and ate bananas. Only then did she get energy.
