Anju Prajapati/Rampur: A critical care trauma center is being built at Pahadi Gate on Kemri Road in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh. The construction of the critical care center will provide high-tech medical facilities to the patients of the district. The center is being constructed by UP State Construction and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited at a cost of Rs 18 crore 30 lakh, which will have facilities for all types of surgeries. Apart from this, serious patients injured in road accidents will get a lot of relief in treatment.
Critical care center is being constructed
By setting up a critical care center in Rampur, many lives can be saved by operating on heart patients. Rampur and the nearby districts will also benefit from this, after a long wait, the injured will be able to get treatment in the city itself. Earlier, due to the absence of a critical care center, seriously injured and sick patients in road accidents were referred to Moradabad, Bareilly, Aligarh or Delhi for treatment. Many times in such a situation, patients die on the way due to lack of treatment.
The chief medical officer said
The Chief Medical Officer of Rampur informed that under the Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission Scheme, the construction work of a 50-bed critical care center is progressing rapidly in Rampur district, which will have ICU ward, isolation ward, oxygen ward, ventilator, digital X-ray machines.
Apart from this, orthopedic surgeons and cardiologists will also be deployed here. Also, due to it being a national highway, people who are victims of road accidents can be saved by giving them timely treatment. Along with this, heart patients will get free surgery. The construction of this hospital is likely to be completed by September 2025.
