How to make Almond-Coconut Barfi?
As the festival season approaches, people’s craving for sweets increases. First step- To make Almond-Coconut Barfi, first peel two fresh coconuts and crush them well in a mixer.
Second step- Now you have to boil about one glass of milk and keep it aside.
Third step- After this, make syrup by mixing water and sugar. To enhance the taste, you also have to add one spoon of cardamom powder in the syrup.
Fourth step- Now grind 250 grams of almonds. After this, heat ghee in a pan and add almond powder to it.
Fifth step- To enhance the taste, you can also add pistachio and cashew powder along with ground coconut. Now fry this mixture well on low flame.
Sixth step- Now add hot milk to it and fry it until the mixture thickens and dries up. After the milk dries up, you have to add sugar syrup to this mixture and cook it.
Seventh step- After this, turn off the gas and grease a plate with ghee and then spread this mixture on the plate and cut it in the shape of barfi.
Now you can enjoy the taste of this barfi. The best thing is that you can eat this barfi even on fasting days.
