To gain weight, the diet should be balanced in which carbohydrates, fat, protein, vitamins, minerals are very important. If you do not have any health related problem then you can use asparagus and ashwagandha to gain weight. If you take asparagus and ashwagandha powder mixed in milk, it helps in gaining weight.
While gaining weight, dry fruits like cashews, almonds, raisins, munakka should be included. Eating soaked dry fruits helps a lot in gaining weight. Banana shake also proves to be very helpful in gaining weight. By adding banana and ghee in milk and consuming it daily, you can easily gain weight. To gain weight, the amount of protein in the diet has to be increased. For protein, you can take milk, curd, dairy products. In case of not having thyroid, you can take soybean. Soybean is considered a good source of protein. Non-vegetarians can include egg, chicken, fish in the diet.
Apart from this, you can include dry fruits, peanut butter, cheese. The three meals of the routine i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner should never be skipped. Also, evening snacks should not be skipped. While gaining weight, you can eat peanuts, tapioca kheer. Also, one should drink enough water, avoid unhealthy food, avoid fast food and junk food and can easily gain weight by eating healthy food.
