Kajal Manohar/Jaipur:- Peaceful sleep means sleeping for 6 to 7 hours at night without any disturbance. Peaceful sleep is when you wake up in the morning, you are completely fresh, there is no laziness, there is no heaviness in the body and fatigue is away, the body is just full of energy. Sometimes even after sleeping for several hours, you feel that you have not slept the whole night, then in such a case you are suffering from the problem of insomnia. If you are also struggling with this problem, then Local 18 will tell you some tips that will help you in getting sleep.
Sleep at a fixed time
If you sleep whenever you want and stay awake until you fall asleep, then you cannot sleep peacefully if you have such a routine. Sometimes you sleep at 10, sometimes at 11 and sometimes at 12, then change this habit of yours. Make a fixed time for sleeping, whether you feel sleepy or not. Switch off the lights at a fixed time, go to bed and try to sleep by closing your eyes. Sometimes you are sleeping late due to some work, but do not let your habit get spoiled, otherwise you can become a victim of insomnia.
Some people, if they do not get enough sleep at night, sleep for a few hours during the day to make up for it. This habit is also not right, because after sleeping during the day, you will not be able to sleep on time at night and this system will continue for a long time. After this, you will become a slave of that habit of yours. Do not sleep during the day, so that you can sleep on time at night. If you ever feel it necessary to sleep during the day, then sleep for only 20 minutes, which will refresh you.
do exercise regularly
For a peaceful sleep, do regular half an hour of exercise so that the joints and muscles of the body open up and the blood circulation in the body remains fine. All these help in getting good sleep. You can also do exercise by going to the gym. Yoga at home, walking in the park, swimming, cycling, whatever you find pleasant, make that exercise a part of your daily routine. If you want, you can also do exercises by changing them. Do exercise in the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening at least one hour before dinner.
Take special care of dinner
Make it a habit to have dinner at least two to three hours before going to bed so that the food starts getting digested. Do not consume tea or coffee after 5 pm because they contain caffeine which keeps you awake. Consume them as little as possible throughout the day. Do not drink tea or coffee at all after dinner because you will fall asleep late at night and your mind will get disturbed.
Wear loose clothes at night
If it is not possible to take a bath before going to bed, then wash your hands and face thoroughly, brush your teeth and wear comfortable clothes at night. Night suits should be cotton and loose so that your body feels comfortable wearing them. Keep a window of the room in which you sleep open at night so that you can get fresh air and sleep well.
