Apart from this, Swapnil Kusale won the bronze medal in the Men’s 50m Rifle 3 Position Final and got a reward of Rs 1 crore, which has been announced by Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. Sarabjot, who won the bronze medal in mixed team shooting with Manu, has been given a cheque of Rs 22.5 lakh under the cash prize scheme of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.
Hockey team became rich
The Indian men’s hockey team won the bronze medal at the Olympics 2024. Team India has won a medal for the second consecutive Olympics. They won the bronze medal at the Tokyo Olympics. The hockey team got a cash prize of Rs 15 lakh for each member, which has been announced by Hockey India. Also, each member of the support staff was given ₹ 7.5 lakh. Meanwhile, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Manjhi has announced a reward of Rs 4 crore for defender Amit Rohidas, along with Rs 15 lakh for each player and Rs 10 lakh for each support staff member. At the same time, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has announced a cash prize of Rs 1 crore for each squad member of the state. Neeraj Chopra and Aman Sehrawat have also won medals for India.
