Ingredients for making Poha Cheela
Poha – 1 cup, half cup rice flour, 2 tbsp curd, 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped onion, salt to taste, green chillies chopped, chopped coriander leaves, half tsp red chilli powder, a pinch of turmeric, half tsp cumin powder, half tsp coriander powder, oil for greasing
Method to make Poha Cheela:

Step 1: To make Poha Cheela, first wash 1 cup of Poha with water. After that add half cup of water to Poha and grind it. Take out the Poha paste in a big bowl. Now add half cup of rice flour and 2 tablespoons of curd to it. Keep in mind that the consistency of the batter should be slightly thick. Now keep this paste covered.

Second step: Now finely chop onion, tomato and vegetables of your choice. And mix them in the batter of Poha. Now in the batter you add chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, half teaspoon red chilli powder, a pinch of turmeric, half teaspoon cumin powder, half teaspoon coriander powder. Mix one packet of Eno and salt as per taste. And keep the batter like this for five minutes.

Step 3: Now in the next step turn on the gas and place a pan on it. When the pan gets hot, take out the batter with a ladle and spread it well on the pan. Keep the flame of the gas medium and flip the chilla after 2 minutes. When the chilla becomes brown from both the sides, grease it with light oil and then turn off the gas. Your hot poha chilla is ready, eat it with coriander and mint chutney.
