According to the information, during interrogation of the accused, SIT had found the role of DSP Pradeep Yadav and since then the police was searching for the DSP. But DSP Pradeep Kumar had gone underground. In the case of plot grabbing, the anticipatory bail plea of ​​Rishinagar resident accused Rajkumar alias Raja Gurjar has been rejected by the court. Meanwhile, the bail plea was also rejected by the Punjab and Haryana High Court.

This case came to light on 19 July. HTM police station had registered a case of fraudulently grabbing a plot on the complaint of a resident of Sector 16-17 on 19 July 2024. On the basis of the complaint, the police had registered a case against Rajkumar alias Raja, Mukesh, Ramavatar and Surjeet. The SIT has raided the residence of DSP Pradeep on charges of protecting the accused in the case and recovered many documents.

Raja Gurjar had withdrawn the petition

In the case of occupying the plots of Vikas Marg Welfare Society, the main accused Rajkumar alias Raja Gurjar withdrew the anticipatory bail petition filed in the High Court even before the hearing. The High Court had fixed August 5 as the date for hearing the petition. Earlier, the anticipatory bail petition of accused Raja Gurjar and DSP Pradeep Kumar was rejected by the district court.

SIT will speak to DSP on remand

Interrogation Police SIT will take DSP Pradeep Kumar on remand and interrogate him. Now it is expected that the network of the occupier gang can be exposed.
