Eating makhana gives instant energy to the body, while on the other hand, it also reduces weight and stress. Moreover, this kheer is sugar-free, so even diabetes patients can consume it. Ingredients for making Makhana Kheer
One cup makhana, 2 teaspoon ghee, a little cardamom powder, half a liter milk, dates and raisins, almonds, pistachios, cashews cut into pieces
How to make Makhana Kheer:

Step 1: To make Makhana Kheer, first soak the dates and raisins overnight. In the morning, put some ghee in the pan and fry the Makhanas well till they turn brown.

Step 2: Now heat the milk in another deep vessel. When the milk is hot, add the roasted makhana to it. While the makhana is cooking in the milk, take out the dates and raisins from the water and put them in the mixer jar and add half a cup of water to it and grind it well.

Step 3: After some time you will see that the makhanas have mixed in the milk. If the makhanas are not mixed well in the milk, then you can mash them well with the help of a ladle. After this, add the paste of dates and raisins to it and stir the kheer well.

Step 4: Now in the last step, add all the dry fruits and mix well. Stir it continuously till it thickens. After this, add cardamom powder. Your kheer is ready, serve it hot to your family members.
