Women over the age of 40 may face intimate health problems by wearing control underwear and shapewear.
According to experts, apart from women, men can also face many problems by wearing control underwear. Control underwear is too tight, which puts more pressure on your intestines and stomach. This can cause digestive problems like bloating, indigestion, acid reflux and heartburn. Wearing very tight clothes around the stomach can reduce blood flow in the legs. Symptoms like spots on the skin, pain or numbness or tingling while walking can appear due to your shapewear being too tight. If such symptoms are seen, then remove these clothes and keep them aside.
