Piperine contains amide acoid which is considered to be full of antioxidant, anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory properties. Soaked black pepper is therefore beneficial in many diseases including headache. It can be consumed at any time instead of an empty stomach. Soaked black pepper is also considered anti-insulin.
