Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev has said that if only 6 sutras are adopted in life, we can be happy from physical, mental and spiritual point of view. Let us know what these 6 sutras are.

6 sutras of sadhguru

1. Natural food-TOI In the report, Sadhguru has said that the more natural things you eat, the healthier you will be. The more refined or processed these natural things are, the more unhealthy you will be. Therefore, always eat whole grains, fresh fruits, seeds, green leafy vegetables after lightly cooking them. Do not consume processed, refined, fast food, junk food etc. This will cause diseases. Natural things will detoxify the body and diseases will not occur.

2. Physical Activity- According to Sadhguru, physical exercise is very important to live a healthy life. He said that by doing yoga or other types of exercise regularly, you will not fall ill. This will keep the body, mind and heart balanced and bring happiness in life. At the same time, heart health and weight will be controlled. Sadhguru says that do Surya Namaskar regularly in yoga, this will keep the mind and heart happy.

3. Adequate sleep- Sadhguru says that adequate sleep is very important for a long and healthy life. For this, Sadhguru has advised to sleep early and wake up early. However, he said that quality sleep is more important than sleeping for a long time. This varies from person to person. If you take quality sleep i.e. very deep sleep, then its benefits will be much more.

4. Meditation- Meditation is very important for a healthy life and long life. Sadhguru says that meditation can help in getting rid of all kinds of chronic conditions. It can help in getting rid of stress, anxiety and depression.

5. Enjoy- According to Sadhguru, it is important to always adopt a positive attitude for a healthy life. For this, one should look for happiness in every kind of opportunity. Have a positive attitude towards everything. Positive thinking and emotional connection is the secret of a happy life.

6. Connect with nature- Sadhguru says that connecting with nature is also an important formula for long life and healthy life. If you spend more time close to nature, it will give you inner happiness. It will give peace to the mind and inner peace.
