New Delhi, Sep 2 (IANS) Union Home Minister Amit Shah congratulated South cinema’s power star and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan on his birthday. He wished him good health.
In the post, the Home Minister wrote, “Hearty congratulations to Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan ji on his birthday. You have worked with dedicated service for the development of the state and its people. I will pray to God for your good health, so that you can serve the people with dedication.”
Along with the Home Minister, South Cinema superstar and his nephew Ram Charan also wished the actor on his birthday. Ram Charan wrote in his post, “Happy Birthday to our Power Star Pawan Kalyan. Your strength, dedication and compassion towards the needy have always inspired me and many others. Your selfless work, your leadership, your dedicated focus on meeting the needs of the people, your advocacy for social justice and your efforts to positively impact the lives of the underprivileged in Andhra Pradesh are incredibly inspiring.”
Let us tell you, Pawan Kalyan was born on 2 September 1971 in a Kannada family. His father’s name is Konidala Venkat Rao and mother’s name is Anjana Devi.
After earning name and fame in the field of acting, Pawan Kalyan started his political journey with his elder brother Chiranjeevi. Chiranjeevi founded Praja Rajyam Party in 2008. But the party could not show any special feat in the 2009 elections and in 2011 Praja Rajyam Party merged with Congress. After which Pawan Kalyan separated himself from the mainstream of politics.
In 2014, Pawan Kalyan founded the Janasena Party but did not try his luck in the election battle. During that time, he supported the TDP and the BJP. In the 2019 elections, he contested alone but failed to do anything special.
After overcoming all the ups and downs in his political career, Pawan Kalyan has achieved great heights in the 2024 assembly elections. In the Lok Sabha assembly elections, he brought a tsunami in Andhra Pradesh in favor of NDA. His party won 21 assembly seats in alliance with TDP and BJP. As a result, he was given the command of Deputy CM of Andhra Pradesh.
