Once again a sensational case of cruelty against an innocent girl has come to light in Bihar. In Kargahar of Rohtas district, a middle aged man raped a five year old girl. The accused left the victim girl soaked in blood and her private parts were also injured. On the complaint of the father, the police have registered a case and started investigation. The accused is said to be absconding. The police also got the girl medically examined at Sasaram Sadar Hospital.
According to the information, this case is from a village in Kargahar police station area. The victim girl came home on Monday after studying from the Anganwadi center. Other members of her family had gone to work. Only her elder sister was at home. After eating food, she went out of the house to play with other children.
At around 3 in the afternoon, a 45-year-old man took her by the hand and took her to his house on the pretext of giving her chocolates. The accused took the girl home and committed atrocities on her. The girl ran towards her house screaming in a blood-soaked condition. The family took her to a private clinic for treatment. After first aid, the girl’s father reached the police station and lodged a complaint at the women’s help desk.

Local people are shocked by this incident which is a shame on humanity. In-charge of Mahila Sahayata Kendra, Jai Bharti said that the matter has been taken into cognizance and investigation is being done. Raids are being conducted in search of the accused.
