After this, the company also announced to give bonus shares to its shareholders in the ratio of 1:1 on July 31, 2024.
Same record date for both dividend and bonus shares
RITES had announced the record date for both bonus shares and dividend payment on August 14. The company had said in an exchange filing that September 20, 2024 has been fixed as the record date for both bonus shares and dividend. That is, only those shareholders who have shares of the company in their portfolio on September 20, 2024 will be given bonus shares and dividend. Let us tell you that investors / shareholders will neither get bonus shares nor dividend for the shares purchased on the record date i.e. September 20.
The company’s shares saw a great rise on Thursday
