The incident happened on Friday night. Its video is going viral on social media. It can be seen that the driver is repeatedly hitting the hotel gate with the truck at high speed. During this, he also hit a car parked there. After getting information about the case, the police reached there and arrested him. In the video, the truck driver is seen in a drunken state.
According to the information, the truck driver was going from Solapur to Pune. He stopped at Gokul Hotel to eat food. After stopping the truck here, he went inside the hotel and asked for food. It is said that the hotel owner refused to give him food. After this, he went back to his truck, started it and drove it towards the entrance of the hotel. There he started damaging the building. Seeing the truck driver doing this, people around ran towards him. People tried to stop him by shouting from outside, but he did not stop. He continuously pushed the truck and destroyed some part of the entrance.
It is seen in the video that people throw stones at the truck driver to stop him. After some time, the truck stops. After this, the people gathered there tell him to stop the truck and come down. The driver sitting on his seat says something in gestures, but it is not understood. By then the person making the video reaches him. On listening carefully, it is known that he was talking about food. After some time, he starts crying while sitting on his seat.
