Worship method of Lord Vishwakarma:
Get up early in the morning on the day of Vishwakarma Puja.
After taking bath, wear clean clothes.
Place a small stool on a red or yellow cloth.
Now install the idol or picture of Lord Vishwakarma.
Offer fruits, flowers, incense, lamps and offerings to Lord Vishwakarma.
Apply turmeric and rice on all machines and equipment.
During the puja, meditate on Shri Hari Vishnuji.
Start the puja by meditating on Vishwakarma ji.
Light a lamp in front of God.
Make a rangoli of 8 petal lotus at the place of worship.
Also keep 7 types of grains there.
Put 7 types of soil, leaves of 5 trees, betel nut, dakshina in a Kalash and keep it covered.
Perform aarti of Lord Vishnu and Vishwakarma ji.
Perform Aarti of machines, tools and equipment.
Distribute the Prasad to everyone and consume it yourself also.
According to mythology, Vishwakarma Ji had built Pushpak Viman, Golden Lanka, Bholenath’s Trishul, Ravana’s Lanka, Shri Krishna’s Dwarka city, weapons of gods and goddesses. On this day, Vishwakarma God is worshipped for progress in business and job.
