Astrology News Desk: In Hinduism, 15 days of the year are dedicated to the ancestors, which is known as Pitrupaksha or Shradh Paksha. During this time, people remember their ancestors and perform their Shradh, Tarpan and Pinddaan. Pitru Paksha begins with the full moon of Bhadrapada month and this time it is starting from September 17.

The same Pitru Paksha will end on 2 October on the day of Ashwin Amavasya. In such a situation, in these 15 days, people remember their ancestors and perform their Shradh, Tarpan and Pinddaan. It is believed that by doing this, the ancestors become happy. If some Vastu remedies are done during Pitru Paksha, then it is beneficial and the ancestors become happy, so today we are telling you about those remedies.

Follow these Vastu remedies during Pitru Paksha-
In Hinduism, the days of Pitru Paksha are considered special. In such a situation, before the beginning of Pitru Paksha, the house should be cleaned thoroughly. It is believed that this brings positivity in the house and negative energies are destroyed. Apart from this, if cleanliness is taken care of during this time, then Pitru Dosha does not occur. According to Vastu and Astrology, the south-west corner of the house is considered as Pitru Sthan. In such a situation, if a lamp is lit in this direction of the house during the days of Pitru Paksha, then the blessings of the ancestors are received and their souls also get peace.

In such a situation, during the days of Pitru Paksha, light an oil lamp in the south-west corner of your house every evening. Also keep a lamp filled with mustard oil under the Peepal tree and pray to the ancestors, doing this increases the lineage. According to Vastu, the south direction is related to the ancestors, so during Pitru Paksha, it is beneficial to worship and perform Shraddha Karma facing the south direction. But one should not sleep with feet towards the south even by mistake. This can make the ancestors angry.
