I took my mom’s phone away
Simran has shared a video of this incident on her Instagram account and accused the bouncers of Lalbaugcha Raja pandal of misbehaving with her and her mother. Along with this video, Simran has described the entire incident in detail about what happened to her. Simran has written, “I went to Lalbaugcha Raja with my mother to seek blessings, but the unacceptable behavior of the staff there spoiled our experience. A person from the organization snatched my mother’s phone when she was clicking a picture. She was behind me in the line, it was not that she was taking any extra time because it was my turn for darshan and when she tried to take it back, they pushed her.”
Simran further writes, “I tried to intervene, but the bouncers misbehaved with me. When I started recording their behavior, they even tried to snatch my phone and I was screaming, don’t do this! What are you doing? When they came to know that I am an actress, they backed off.”
Devotees have to face misbehavior
Simran writes, “This whole incident highlights the need for awareness and accountability. People visit such places with a good heart in search of positivity and God’s blessings. Instead, we faced aggression and misbehavior. I understand that managing the crowd is a challenging task, but it is the responsibility of the staff to maintain order without misbehaving or harming the devotees in such a way.”
Told the reason for sharing the video
Simran further wrote, ‘I am sharing this video to draw everyone’s attention to this issue and hope that it will serve as a warning to treat the devotees visiting there with respect and dignity. Let us all work together to create a safe and positive environment.’ However, till now no statement has come from the managers of Lalbaugcha Raja Pandal in this whole matter. Everything will be clear only after their statement.
