Strictness of Education Department: Why was this decision taken?
The education department had issued instructions several times that all private schools should upload the data of their students on the e-Shikshakosh portal. But these schools neither followed the instructions nor uploaded the data within the stipulated time limit. Due to this, the education department has written a letter to the Director of Primary Education on Friday to cancel the U-Dias code and registration of these schools.

A total of 639 registered private schools are operating in Nalanda district. Out of these, 99 private schools have not uploaded the data of even a single student yet. The education department has instructed the school principals several times and also sent reminders from time to time, but the instructions were not followed.
