Jind, September 14 (IANS). All political parties have geared up for the upcoming assembly elections in Haryana. The parties are making various promises to woo voters.
On Saturday in Jind, JJP leader and Uchana candidate Dushyant Chautala made several announcements to woo voters. However, the party’s official manifesto will be released on September 17 or 18.
Talking to reporters after the launch of his party’s election office in Jind, Dushyant Chautala said that if his government is formed, two-wheelers will be made tax free. He also said that this step is being taken keeping in mind the youth and middle class people, who usually use two-wheelers.
He said that if our government comes to power, women will be given 50 percent reservation in the field of education. Apart from this, the party has made an important announcement to improve the condition of Asha workers and Anganwadi workers. He said that on the basis of the information received from these workers during the election campaign, the party has decided that after the formation of the government, they will be given Rs 21 thousand per month.
Dushyant Chautala also talked about special schemes for women in the cooperative sector. He said that women will be given 33 percent reservation in cooperative institutions like Vita Booth. Apart from this, there is also a plan to give equal status to backward classes A and B in their jobs.
He said, “The nomination and scrutiny process in the party has been completed. I wish all the candidates the best of luck. I am happy that every candidate of Jind assembly is seeking votes on the ideology of Chaudhary Devi Lal.”
