A tragic incident has come to light from Madhya Pradesh on Sunday. Two MBBS students died after drowning in a reservoir in Panna district here, while one student was rescued. Both the deceased students have been identified. Both the students died while trying to save each other. The two students had gone to their friend’s village to meet him, when this accident happened. Abhishek Bairwa, a resident of Rajasthan, has been saved.
Giving information about this incident, Ajaygarh police station in-charge Ravi Jadoun said that the student who was rescued in this incident is a resident of Rajasthan. The students have been identified as Krishna Gupta, a resident of Ajaygarh and Arvind Prajapati, a resident of Umaria. Police said that Abhishek Bairwa and Arvind Prajapati had come to Ajaygarh to meet their classmate Krishna Gupta. During this time the accident happened here.
Slipped while cleaning slippers
Giving information about this incident, the police said that two students have died in the case. Police said that all three students were near a reservoir. During this, one student started drowning while cleaning slippers. In an attempt to save him, all three started drowning in the water one by one. Two of these students were swept away in the water while one was saved. The bodies of the deceased students have been sent for post-mortem.
The incident took place in Ajaygarh, 40 km away from Panna district headquarters. All three students were students of Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College, Indore. On Sunday, two students had come to Ajaygarh to meet their friend Krishna Gupta. Here two died after drowning in a pond, while Abhishek Bairwa, a resident of Rajasthan, was saved.
