How to make Nepali Chukauni (Nepali Chukauni Recipe)
First of all, whisk the curd in a bowl, after that add one teaspoon red chili powder, teaspoon coriander powder, teaspoon black pepper and salt as per taste.

Add thinly sliced onions and finely chopped 2 green chillies. Mix everything well.

To prepare the tadka, heat 1 teaspoon mustard oil in a pan and add asafoetida, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves and mix the tadka.
