No one will marry your daughter, Animal actress Tripti Dimri’s parents were taunted by relatives

Tripti Dimri has become a national crush these days. Her popularity has increased a lot after the film Animal. Tripti’s bold scenes with Ranbir Kapoor in the film were much talked about. Tripti now has many films which are ready for release. Now recently Tripti told during an interview that when she was ready to make her career, people around her used to make negative comments that she will go astray, will live with the wrong people and no one will marry her.

In an interview with Katrina Kaif’s brand K Beauty, Tripti said, ‘I am from Uttarakhand, but I grew up in Delhi. When I shifted to Mumbai, it was very difficult for me. People in society and even my family members used to tell my parents that why are you sending your daughter to this profession? She will get spoiled. She will start living with the wrong people. She will take wrong decisions for herself, no one will marry her.’

Tripti further said, ‘There came a point when I was confused because you know when you don’t have work, you lose all hope. But one thing I knew was that I could not go to my parents.’ Tripti also told that her parents were very happy after watching her first film Laila Majnu.

Happy to be called National Crush

Let us tell you that a few days ago during an event, Tripti was asked if she has any problem with being called the national crush, to which she replied, in my case I would like to thank God. People are liking my work and are talking about it. Initially when I came into the industry, I always wanted people to talk about my work and nothing else. It is a good thing that when my films were released, people talked about my work. I think these things motivate actors to do better in life.
