Exercising is beneficial but sometimes the body is in such a condition when we need rest and not workout. If your body is suffering from any of these problems then avoid exercise or else it will take more time for the body to recover.
Headache
If you are having a headache, do not workout even by mistake. Headache is a symptom of the body being dehydrated. Or the blood pressure is high. In both situations, if you are having a headache, do not exercise.
There is an injury in the legs
If your feet are injured or sprained, then avoid any kind of workout. Many people think that if there is an injury in the feet, then upper body workout can be done. But exercising at this time will increase the recovery time of your injury. Because the body’s energy will be exhausted and the injury will take time to heal.
In case of cold and cough
If someone has a cold or cough, then workouts should be avoided at such times. Because at this time the immunity is weak and the body is using its energy to fight external bacteria. Working out at such a time will make you feel tired and weak and it will take time for the cold and cough to be cured.
On not getting enough sleep
If you are not getting enough sleep, you should avoid working out. This is because when your sleep is disturbed, the body feels tired and exercising at such a time increases the risk of injuries.
increased heart rate
In all these situations, if the heart rate is high then exercise should not be done.
by drinking alcohol
If you have consumed alcohol, do not exercise because it dehydrates the body and makes you tired. Due to which there is a greater risk of getting injured while working out and muscles get damaged.
