Foods that increase stamina
1. Almonds
To increase and maintain strength in the body, people should make it a habit to eat almonds daily. Eating almonds helps a lot in increasing metabolism. Also, the nutrients present in them are best for increasing stamina. Almonds contain healthy fat, which along with controlling weight, sharpens the mind and also strengthens the bones. Almonds contain a good amount of protein, vitamin E and iron, you can increase your stamina by eating a handful of almonds in the morning and evening.

2. Banana

4. Green leafy vegetables

5. Yogurt
Yogurt is a healthy source of calcium and protein. But that’s not all it does. It’s soothing to your stomach and easy to digest, so it’s a great pre-workout snack or an empty stomach snack. You can also add some fruits to yogurt to boost nutrition and stamina.
