Homemade treatment for diabetes
Diabetes is increasing rapidly these days. In India, the number of diabetes patients has increased a lot in the last few years. Crores of people around the world are suffering from this disease. Insulin is not used properly in diabetes, due to which the amount of glucose in the blood starts increasing. Diabetes needs to be taken seriously because it can cause a dangerous condition like heart attack. Diabetes can be reduced with some indigenous medicines and Ayurvedic remedies.
Effective indigenous medicines for diabetes
Fenugreek- Consuming fenugreek in diabetes is considered beneficial. Bitter in taste, fenugreek is used to reduce sugar, obesity and cholesterol. To control sugar, eat 1 teaspoon of fenugreek powder with water in the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening. This will reduce the blood sugar of a diabetic patient. If you want, you can also drink fenugreek water on an empty stomach in the morning. For this, soak 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in water and drink this water after filtering it in the morning.
Cinnamon- Cinnamon used in spices also proves beneficial in diabetes. The use of cinnamon is considered good for reducing insulin resistance in sugar. Cinnamon also reduces cholesterol and fat. Mix half a spoon of fenugreek powder and a pinch of turmeric in 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and drink it on an empty stomach. This will reduce your increased blood sugar. If you want, you can also drink any herbal tea by adding cinnamon stick to it.
Black pepper- In Ayurveda, black pepper is used as a medicine for cold cough, but black pepper also proves effective in controlling sugar. Black pepper is used in many Ayurvedic medicines. A component called piperine is found in black pepper. Which keeps sugar under control. For this, mixing 1 teaspoon black pepper powder and a little turmeric and consuming it at night will be beneficial.
