TTE Savindra Kumar saved the life of an elderly person by giving CPR in Pawan Express going from Jaynagar to Lokmanya Tilak Terminal. Sonpur division has announced to honour him for his promptness and spirit of service. DRM and Senior DCM will honour him separately. Let us tell you that on Tuesday, BP Karna of Darbhanga was going to Banaras with his brother by Pawan Express. After the train left Hajipur, he suddenly felt pain in his chest and he fainted in the moving train. His brother sought help from Rail Madad. After that, information was given to the TTE of the coach from Sonpur Commercial Control. Meanwhile, his brother who was travelling with the passenger also spoke to his family doctor. He told him that the patient is unconscious, but is breathing. On this, the doctor immediately advised to give CPR.

As soon as the train reached Chhapra Junction, the railway doctor took him off the train and started his treatment. The patient’s condition is normal now.
