Meanwhile, Kamala Harris talked about her job at McDonald’s, referring to her student life in an interview. After the speech at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Vice President Harris spoke to MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle. During this, Harris shared her economic vision for the country and also talked about her previous role in the fast food giant.
“I made fries”
Ruhle talked about the economy, saying that polls still indicate that voters think Donald Trump would be better on the economy. Harris responded that she is more similar to the average American than the former president. Ruhle then asked, “Have you ever in your life served two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun…” Harris replied, “On a sesame seed bun?” and then added, “But it was no small task. Like, I made fries.”

Kamala Harris spoke seriously, saying, “One of the reasons I talk about working at McDonald’s is because there are people working at McDonald’s all over our country trying to raise their families. I worked there, I was a student who worked there. I think part of the difference between me and my opponent is our view of the needs of the American people and our responsibility to meet those needs.”
Harris is ahead of Trump
Meanwhile, let us also tell you here that, Democratic Party’s candidate in the presidential election, Kamala Harris, is ahead of her rival and Republican Party’s candidate Donald Trump by 38 points among Asian American voters. This has come to light in the results of a new survey. This survey was conducted by NORC at the University of Chicago, the results of which have been released. This survey has been conducted for the first time after US President Joe Biden withdrew his name and Kamala Harris became the candidate. According to the survey, in the presidential election, 66 percent of Asian American voters can vote in favor of Kamala Harris while 28 percent can vote in support of Trump. There are also six percent voters who can vote for another candidate or are undecided.
