Ujjain Mahakal Temple: A major accident took place on Friday near Mahakal Temple in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. During the rain, the wall of an under-construction Dharamshala near gate number four of the temple has collapsed. Two people have died in this accident, while four people are injured. After receiving the information, the rescue team reached the spot and removed all the injured from the debris and admitted them to the hospital, where they are being treated.

The deceased have been identified as Farheen (22), resident of Jaisinghpura, and Ajay (27), resident of Shivshakti Nagar. At the same time, Sharda Bai (40) and Ruhi (3) and two others have been seriously injured. He has been referred to Bombay Hospital, Indore.

Mahakal Temple Committee Administrator Ganesh Dhakad told that there was Maharaj Wada School here, which is being developed as a heritage building (Dharamshala). Due to the continuous rain here, its wall had collapsed, killing six people. The rescue team immediately evacuated everyone and admitted them to the hospital. Of these, two people have died.
Meanwhile, Collector Neeraj Singh said that the injured are being treated in the hospital. Four injured and two deceased have been identified, efforts are being made to identify the other two injured.
