There are many plants whose fruits, flowers, stems, roots or leaves are used as Ayurvedic medicines. Today also we are going to discuss about some such plants, whose leaves are known for many health benefits. There are many benefits of consuming these leaves in Ayurveda. So let us know:-

basil leaf

Tulsi plant is found in almost every house. It can be grown easily anywhere. The leaves of this easily growing plant are very beneficial for health. These are full of antibacterial properties. In case of cold and cough, drinking a decoction of basil leaves provides relief. Apart from this, drinking it in tea refreshes the mind and reduces stress and anxiety. Basil leaves are also beneficial for heart and digestive system. Antioxidant properties are found in it. Mix basil leaves in water and keep consuming this water from time to time, it flushes out all the toxins from the body.

Almost every part of the Neem tree is very useful. From its bark to its branches, it is used in different ways. Neem leaves are also very beneficial. These are rich in antibacterial properties, which are used as medicine in many ways. Neem leaves are used as medicine in case of bacterial infection, skin infection, boils etc. Chewing two-three soft neem leaves every morning on an empty stomach eliminates stomach related problems, strengthens teeth and removes toxins from the body. Mint leaf

Curry leaves are very beneficial for eyesight and also for strengthening hair. Eating 4-5 curry leaves on an empty stomach every morning keeps blood sugar level and blood pressure under control.
