Along with this, he has announced the name of Manoj Bharti as the state executive president of Bihar. Manoj Bharti, who became the first state working president of Jan Suraj Party, is a resident of Madhubani, Bihar. He comes from Dalit community. He did his schooling from Netarhat. After this he did B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur and went to Delhi IIT for M.Tech. After this he inclined towards civil services and started preparation. He was selected for the Indian Foreign Service (IFS). While in the Indian Foreign Service, he was ambassador to four countries (Ukraine, Belarus, Timor-Leste and Indonesia). Before this, he had also worked on the post of Secretary-Administration in the Indian Ministry of External Affairs. He was the Ambassador of India to Ukraine from 2015 to 2018.

Announcing Jan Suraj’s party, Prashant Kishore said that our party has been formed, but we do not want any post. We will work for this in the same way as we worked with other parties. He further said that the first working president has been made from the Dalit community, because he is capable. In our party, one does not get a position on the basis of caste, here experience and ability are considered.
